April 12 is MET’s 4th Annual Retro Prom. Join us at the Talley Rec Center in Baker Park for an evening of dancing and fun!
Retro Prom is a fabulous example of the sense of community surrounding MET. Ensemble members, board members, volunteers and patrons contribute their efforts to make our yearly fundraiser a fantastic event.
DJ John Lee, otherwise known as the Spin Doctor, has been gratefully lending his talents to MET for the last 4 years to make our event a success. Equipped with an arsenal of tunes, he moves the evening along evoking and creating memories!
Joining us this year will be host Roxi Starr. A frequent performer at MET, Roxi will entertain our guests with her ever-hilarious commentary.
Whether you wish to relive the splendor of your own prom or need to make new memories to replace the horror that haunts you from that ill-fated evening all those years ago – take that awful bridesmaid dress you thought you would never wear out of your closet and come on down to the Rec Center to join us for an evening you’re sure to remember!
